Говорят, что наши моряки задержали в Аденском заливе 29 пиратов и теперь не знают, что с ними делать.
Господа юристы!

как в таких случаях поступают сегодня? Вздергивают пиратов на рее?
Или все цивильно - тюрьма, суд, адвокаты и т.п.?
